How the Termitnator works:

Termites need microbes that live in the wood and in there digestive tracks to break down the wood they consume. When our product is applied to the wood the termite eats, our product kills the microbes in the wood and in the digestive track of the termite once they eat it, because it can not digest the wood. Our product is safe to use. It’s a natural microbe that lives in milk and thrives in cheese.

Instruction for Termitnator

Obtain a plastic 5 gallon bucket, with lid.

Pour all packages into the bucket.

Fill with filtered water, well water, bottled water or distilled water. (Not chlorinated tap water).

Mix well.

Cover bucket loosely and let stand in 70 to 85 degrees f. for 8 days, out of sunlight.

Product, if processing normally, will be foamy and look "active." Product is ready for use after 8 days.

How to apply Termitnator

The termite must consume wood to work, but you don’t want the termite to consume your wood in your house, so you first supply it wood in on your property. The way to do this is to obtain 6 inch diameter perforated piping, preferably solid piping for durability. Dig holes 6 inches deep about every 6 feet around your house or building, as close to the foundation as you can, and place piping in this to "about" ground level, and cover with appropriate cap/cover to prevent water from entering. (NOTE: Be sure there are no phone or electrical lines, cables, etc., in these areas. You can obtain free tracing for all these... electric, phone, cable, gas companies, for your entire property, so be sure to do this prior to doing ANY digging).

Place 1-2 pieces of cut 2X4 sections of wood about 4 inches long in each of these pipes about every 6 feet around your yard. This will be the bait for the termites. They will go after this wood before they go after your home. This "termite well" can be checked for signs of termites and the wood can be replaced or re-soaked as needed. Wood must be re-soaked with solution every 6 month in wet climates to insure protection.

Once you do this, spray your exterior/interior wood/molding or wherever termites are possible. Cover the wood well and allow to dry. In case the termite gets through the outside wood bait, the spraying outside, and inside sill spraying in you home will insure eventual death of the termite. This product is safe to apply all around the house, and won’t harm pets, children or adults in any way. It stops dry rot and is will inhibit mold growth anywhere you spray it. Inside wood should be re-soaked with solution every 6 month, especially in wet climates to insure protection, but once a year re-application is highly recommended.

The kit makes 5 gallons of solution. We recommend you keep 1-2 quarts in your refrigerator for future use if needed. It will keep well, if refrigerated, in the dark. If you happen to see signs of termites, such as a swarm, or in house signs, simply spray some product directly on the actual swarm, and./or on the areas where termites appear to be in the building.
