Recommended Dosages:
Oral drops - BETWEEN MEALS FOR BEST RESULTS:
Adults - 15-20 drops, 3 time per day;
- Directly under tongue and held for 1 minute (can follow with
pure water)
- Drops placed in small amount of Pure water*
- Drops placed in Natural juice or Herbal tea, but not as effective as with pure water or directly under tongue.
School Children - 7-10 drops, 3 times per day in above liquids.
Small Children - 5 drops, 3 times per day in above liquids.
125/250 ml syrup;
Adults - 1 teaspoon 5-7 times per day.
Children - 1 teaspoon 3-5 times per day.
People should take products at least one hour away from food.
*Water should be held for 5-10 seconds in the mouth to allow
fast absorption via the mucous membranes.
NOTE:
- It is imperative that adults drink at least 2-3 quarts
of pure water (not juice, coffee, etc.) per day to avoid reintoxification.
- Water should be taken in small amounts, -small drinks-
throughout the day, NOT large amounts a few times in the day,
as most of the water is then flushed directly out of the body
without being circulated in the body tissues.
- Children; drink as much water as possible as indicated
in #2 above!
- Products should NOT come into contact with metal spoons
or cups. Use a plastic spoon for syrups, glass or plastic cup
when taking drops.
- Continue products for 5-7 days after acute symptoms have
disappeared. (This continued therapy helps the body excrete
residual toxins related to the healing process, thus preventing
them from accumulating in the connective tissue and causing
future problems).
