The best starting point is to begin with ONE drop, twice daily, in a small amount of pure water held in the mouth for 30+ seconds, or undiluted under the tongue for same amount of time. Ramp up from there by one drop daily. Continue increasing the dose from the starting amount to the maximum levels (Maximum dose 52 drops twice daily.) unless symptoms are seen in which case back off to the previous dosing drop level and continue for 2-3 days and then continue ramping up.

NDF™ Ingredients:

Micronized yaeyama chlorella, micronized certified organic cilantro, 12 strains of cell wall broken beneficial lactobacillus, 3 strains of cell wall broken bifidobacterium, Silica, 18% grain neutral (gluten free) spirits by volume.

NDF™ Plus contains the same ingredients of NDF™, as well as 25% certified organic probiotic predigested himmematzutake (agaricus blazei), milk thistle, horsetail, reishi (ganoderma lucidum) and cordyceps. General Dosing Information: 1 oz of NDF/NDF Plus contains 29 ml, or 754 drops. You should begin dosing at one drop twice the first day, and ramp up adding one drop twice a day, (day 1 = 2 drops - one drop twice that day; Day 2 = 4 drops - 2 drops twice that second day, etc, and go to the maximum of 52 drops/2ml twice per day. The first 7 days, you will use 56 drops. By the second week/day 14, you will have used 210 drops. Third week/day 21, you will have used 462 drops. The forth week, you will have used 784 drops (a little more than 1 oz). 1204 total drops used by day 35/week 5, 1673 drops by day 42/week 6, 2191 drops by day 49/week 7, 2758 total drops used by day 56/week 8. 3374 drops by day 63/week 9, 4039 drops by day 70/week 10 and 4648 drops (maximum daily dose) by day 76, 6 days into the 11th week.

(NOTE: The recommend program for serious heavy metal or chemical issues is a 3 months program. To get to the maximum dosage of 52 drops twice a day, it will take a little over 6 ozs of NDF/NDF Plus and 11 weeks at the regular dosage. Depending on how you test out or feel after this point will determine whether you should continue at this level for 2-4 weeks. Once the issues have been dealt with, we recommend a 1 oz program at least once per year to help remove any buildup in the system).

You don't want to detox the heavy metals or chemicals too quickly as this can make you quite uncomfortable, however, for those who are not overly sensative, you can adjust this dosage up to speed up the ramping process. A good rule of thumb is to go at least one week with the normal schedule. On day 8, you could jump the dosage up 2-3 days and see how you feel. Continue ramping up for three days, and then try another jump up 2-3 days. If you run into problems or discomfort, back down to the previous level where you had no problems. Example - on day 8, you could go to the day or day 11 dosage of 10 or 11 drops twice a day that day, then to 11 or 12 drops twice a day on day 9 of you program. On day 10, you could jump to 14-15 drops, etc. As long as you don't experience any adverse affects, continue this faster schedule. NOTE: if you know you are loaded with heavy metals or chemicals, it might be safer and more comfortable to remain at the regular dosage schedule. You should note as well that a person can put their dose in a glass and pour boiling water on it, just to cover, wait a couple of seconds then add room temp drinking water and take the dose. Boiling does not destroy NDF's properties, but you can not let it sit like that for a day as it is a real food and will go bad.
